What is the ReGen Nodes Network?
These nodes offer a high quality of life, where people live, work, and collaborate in sustainable and efficient environments, in harmony with the Planet.
Each node adopts its own model, from free neighborhoods to pop-up cities, hacker houses, and eco-productive spaces, functioning as centers of research, innovation, and regenerative development.
The network promotes a regenerative economy, under a model of decentralized governance, fostering cooperation at both national and global levels.

Our Mission
Create a national network of interconnected nodes where people can live, undertake entrepreneurial ventures, and collaborate in regenerative environments. At NETx State, the nodes function as self-sufficient centers that promote innovation, the circular economy, and sustainable living.
The three layers (physical, legal, and digital) are fundamental for structuring the nodes and enabling their integration within the network. Each layer performs a specific and complementary role:
Physical Layer
It refers to the physical node to which it is associated, generally a property or objects from the material world that are digitally linked to the previous layers (digital and legal).
Legal Layer
Each node establishes its legal structure according to its type, local needs, and the regulations in force at its location.
Digital layer
The digital layer refers to the interaction between the members of each node, or the network in general, and how they connect, share information, and make decisions to take actions.
